We Run This offers a variety of workshops to help you prepare tasty, healthy treats for yourself, family, and friends. Our workshop instructors have a wide expertise on food, kitchen skills, and serving a variety of dietary needs. Browse our workshop list below. Kitchen 101

ServSafe Manager Certification

The ServSafe is a Certificate of The National Restaurant Association.

    • The Official 8 hour ServSafe Manager Course, teaching you what you need to know about safely serving delicious food, complete with proctored exam. Catered lunch through We Run This optional.
    • The Official 16 hour ServSafe Manager Course (proctored exam, included)  same information as the 8 hour course, but the 16 hour has much more hands-on activities, and allows more time for in-depth discussion and instructor facilitated deeper learning. Catered Lunch also optional with this program.

Kitchen Sanitation Basics

A 2 hour course outlining the basics in kitchen sanitation, based on practices learned in ServSafe (proctored exam not included). 

Bread Galore

Breadmaking 101

A simple lesson on making delectable from-scratch yeast and no-rise quick-breads.  From Crust and crumb, learn to make wonderful glutenous creations.

Breakfast Pasteries

Scones, Biscuits, and Cinnamon Rolls, oh my! A class to learn to make these baked-goods the best part of waking up.
